Dongargadh

This is the most significant tourist destination in Rajnandgaon. The place that is situated in proximity to the Rajnandgaon city and is a famous pilgrimage destination. It is home to age old Maa Bambleshwari Temple. Located only 40 Km from the Rajnandgaon city it can be easily reached via public transport system. The temple that is situated on a hilltop at 1600 feet is considered to be one of the most sacred religious places in Hinduism. The temple wears festive look during Dussehra and Rav Navami.
